Oloroso sherry hogshead from a secret Highland distillery. Distilled on 6 August 2011 and bottled after 15 years in October 2026 as "The Secret Tower" by Perfect Dram (cask 28, 54.2%, 255 bottles). The wood is deeply seasoned with sherry: rich and dark in character.
